Since I live in Canada I can't relate to this rant much - but I think that it makes perfect sense and it's a great way to raise the funds!

This makes perfect sense to me Julia, it seems to be the perfect solution to a serious problem. I don't get it...it just seems like a no-brainer.

One hour? Two hours? That's a long time to go without care. It doesn't make any sense. $10 a year is NOTHING to make more facilities available!!!
