I've had so many friends tell me that they looked at hundreds of homes when house hunting, but with our super
We created columns of categories, then color-coded each category with green, yellow, or red (well, pink, because it's prettier) to convey the same thoughts as a traffic light would evoke: green was good, yellow meant to proceed with caution, and red was a red flag. OMG! When I saw the first picture with all 9 I was like "oooo I really like the one in the top right, def my fav"
Low and behold, it's the one you chose! That green lawn is amazing!
House warming party? :)

I love it!!!!
Thanks so much, everyone!

I love it!! I also like how you narrowed it down to the two houses with the flag in the front yard. Very patriotic!
This is a great series!
Can I just tell you that I love your spreadsheet and am totally going to steal it whenever I look for a house? Your organization skills are impressive, and I'm sure you'll be rewarded with the house of your dreams!
